Exchanges

  • If you are not satisfied and want to change an article, mail us at info@goodmorningsunshine.nl ,quoting the order number and the article which you want in return, then we will reserve the article. We send it, as the article that is returned is received by us, to you. Products with 50% discount or more can not be returned or exchanged. You have the right to return an article within 14 days, without giving reasons. Within this period you can view and suit like you do in a shop, unless otherwise stated.

The withdrawal period elapses 14 days after the article is in your possession.

You only can sent the articles back when:

  • the article is complete and unused ( including pricetag/label and possible matching accesories)
  • if it's in a closed, undamaged package

The exchange of an article for the same article in a different size or color, is a new order. You sent your old order back within the 14 days and place your new order as normal. We will sent the new order for free.

You are not required to use the original shipping material.

Returns

If you want to return an article, please sent us an email via info@goodmorningsunshine.nl and send us the article back within 14 days. The cost and the risk of the return is for the costumer. After we received the return, we will deposit the amount back within 14 days. Articles must be unworn, undamaged and have the original labels. Products with 50% discount or more can't be sent back or exchanged.

Complaints

To solve your complaint as soon as possible, we advise you to contact us via phone number 0031-646335175 (local fare), or sent an email to info@goodmorningsunshine.nl and write your name, customer number and order number with the complaint.
